My baby boy turned 6! How did that happen! My little boy isn't so little anymore. Nicholas sure wishes he was bigger. He woke up the morning of his birthday with a sad face and disappointment that he had not grown a few inches now that he was six! :) Nicholas is the sweetest boy with the best personality and such a caring soul. I am so lucky to be his Mommy.
We had our first "kid" party on Sunday. With 22 kids! Yes that is not a typo! All went well except a few showers rolled in and cause the party to move in doors, (yes that was 22 kids in my house!) But the rain stopped and we were able to take the party back outside and fun was had by all and most of all I survived! It was all worth it after yesterday my son said to me " Mommy thanks for making my party so special". It melted my heart, so now he may be able to have another kids party before he is 18!:)
Here are a few bits from the party.
Here are a few I took of Nick a month ago before the hair cut.
Sorry to for the lack of posts, a new BLOG is in the works and hope to be up soon! So I am trying to hold off with the posts till then but we will see how long it takes.

every time I walk into my office! I hung 4 16x24 standout prints of my kids and I am just in love!
Standouts are a new way to display your portraits without having to purchase frames! It is a clean, fresh, comtemporary look. Your portrait is mounted on a 3/4" light weight foam board trimmed in black and ready to hang!. A high glossy finish is also available and just makes for a beautiful finish to your portrait. I am so in love with these and now have 6 in my house if anyone wants to see them first hand.
But here is what they look like in my office. Don't be afraid to go big either! You won't regret it!!

to all you Father's out there!
Every year since my son was born, I have taken his picture of him wearing his Daddy's shirt and tie. I thought it would be fun to see how he grows into it over the years. It also gives me something to give to my husband every year!! Well... except last year I didn't get to taking his picture till October...oops! But better late then never! This year I was a little ahead and took them on Wednesday and luckily my lab was able to get them back to me in time!!
Happy Father's Day to the greatest Daddy!
I couldn't ask for a better Father to our children!!
Here's a few of Zoe too!

Yes, I have to say seeing these pictures and being with this little guy makes my womb yearn for another. Oh how I wish I had pictures like this of my kids when they were babies. Well, since I won't be having any more babies maybe I will just get one of these pics to hang in my house? Do you think that would be weird??:)HeHe. Well come on... look at him! He is such a doll and I was so excited that mommy brought along his babylegs to wear, so fun and cute!

turns one!
A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing this little girl who is turning one! So a cake was in order to celebrate! You may recognize Miss "S" from those blue eyes of hers, she has had these amazing bluest blue eye since the day she was born. I had the pleasure of photographing her throughout her first year and it was so fun, I love my job!!

I had a fun play date with a photographer friend of mine and her adorable girls. We decided to meet with our kids and see if we could get some pictures of us with our kids. As we Mom's are always behind the camera (which I much rather be!) then in front of it especially with our kids. We had a lot of fun and I was so glad to get some pictures done for her and I am excited to see what she captured of me and my kids.
Here's just a few of my favorites so far.
Also if you are looking for a photographer in the Appleton area check out Rebecca's work, she is amazing!!
I love these of them.....
